Terms of Service
Last updated: March 7, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Jackfruit Agentic Readiness Framework (ARF) platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides automated infrastructure readiness assessments for agentic AI ecosystems. Assessments evaluate organizational infrastructure across 18 dimensions and 211 checks using automated scanners that analyze publicly available data, GitHub repository contents (with your authorization), and cloud infrastructure metadata.
3. Account & Authentication
Access to assessment features requires authentication via GitHub OAuth. By connecting your GitHub account, you authorize the Service to access your repositories and organization metadata in read-only mode. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Data Collection & Use
The Service collects and processes the following data:
- Repository structure, configuration files, and dependency manifests (read-only)
- Organization metadata (member count, repository count, settings)
- Public HTTP endpoint metadata (headers, robots.txt, structured data)
- Cloud infrastructure configuration (IAM policies, service configurations) if authorized
- Assessment results, scores, and remediation recommendations
No source code is stored. The Service analyzes repository contents in memory and retains only assessment metadata (maturity levels, evidence summaries, and scores). Raw source code is never persisted.
5. Data Retention
Assessment results are retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. GitHub OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are revocable at any time through your GitHub account settings.
6. Benchmark Assessments
Public benchmark assessments of open-source organizations are conducted using only publicly available information (public GitHub repositories and HTTP endpoints). These assessments do not require authentication and are published as part of the ARF research protocol. If you are a representative of an assessed organization and wish to request removal or correction, please contact us.
7. Intellectual Property
The ARF protocol, including its dimension definitions, check specifications, scoring methodology, and cross-validation rules, is an open protocol. Assessment results generated for your organization are owned by you. The Service retains a license to use aggregated, anonymized assessment data for research and protocol improvement purposes.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Assessment scores reflect automated analysis and should not be considered as security certifications, compliance attestations, or guarantees of infrastructure quality. The Service does not replace professional security audits, penetration testing, or compliance assessments.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on assessment results, loss of data, or business interruption.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
